Fenton Construction is excited to announce that it was just recently chosen as the General Contractor to renovate three New Jersey nursing homes for HCR-Manor Care, the largest Nursing Home Facility Owner/Operator in North America. Fenton Construction will be contracted through Providence Consulting & Design, the Owner’s Representative and Construction Manager for the projects. These assisted living facilities, located in West Orange, Whippany, and Mountainside, New Jersey will receive commercial renovation services including cosmetic upgrades to better suit the needs of their residents.
Scope of work will include: demolition, flooring, electrical, plumbing, fire-sprinkler, ceramic tile, metal stud framing, drywall, specialty wall material, and painting.
All three projects are scheduled to start in the 4th quarter of this year. Stay tuned for more updates on these projects.
