Located along the Delaware River just a few miles south of downtown Trenton, NJ, this 46,500 sq. ft. pre-engineered Butler Building will be Duck Island, NJ’s newest waste transfer station. Built for the Hart Rock Group, unique features include a 215′ clear-span. Careful planning and value engineering was completed in the planning and design phase of the project. The project details alone were almost a year in development, with hours of time spent going over every detail of the building so that there would be minimal issues when it came time to erect.
The building will be equipped with 5 man doors, 4 overhead door openings, and a lean-to office area. The roof and and wall systems will include Butler’s MR-24 Standing Seam Roof System and Shadowall panels. This project is currently in progress.
